Local Store Marketing Ambassador Program
As a Pizza 9 LSM Ambassador you will represent the Pizza 9 location you are currently employed at and have the opportunity to earn up to $500 in bonuses and rewards each month for you and your fellow team members. You will be under the direct guidance of the Pizza 9 Corporate Marketing Manager and will learn skills such as Business to Business (B2B) and Business to Customer (B2C) marketing, social media and digital advertising, public relations, etc. You will promote YOUR Pizza 9 location within the restaurant’s four walls and the assigned territory, and be responsible for helping to maintain communication between the corporate office and your location in regards to marketing.
LSM Ambassadors will meet with the Corporate Marketing Manager the ONCE a month from 8 am - 10 am at the Pizza 9 Corporate Office located in Albuquerque, NM. If you are currently employed at a Pizza 9 outside of the ABQ Metro area, you will be required to participate in a conference call/webinar during the same time as the monthly meeting. During these meetings, you will discuss the upcoming month’s marketing goals, receive training, tips, and guidance on how to achieve the month’s goals, review the previous month's goals/outcomes, and receive applicable marketing materials for the upcoming month.
Increasing the sales growth of YOUR restaurant will be the main goal of each month, but you will focus on different sub-goals related to LSM such as social media, reviews, school programs, etc. to help you reach the main goal.
You will be paid your normal hourly wage for the time spent on LSM by the owner of the Pizza 9 you are currently employed at. The recommended amount of time spent doing LSM is 5-7 hours a week, but this must be discussed with your General Manager and current employer.
